Professionals from pharmacy operations, retail sales supervision, general management, and private investigation are encouraged to apply. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review simulated retail scenarios and workflows for accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Provide insights on industry best practices, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
• Create and refine content related to retail operations, sales, and customer service.
• Evaluate the logical consistency of retail workflows and decision-making processes.
• Clarify industry terminology, operational details, and retail-specific challenges.
• Recommend improvements to AI-generated outputs based on practical experience.
• Collaborate remotely to communicate expertise and maintain high-quality deliverables.

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in retail trade, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in areas such as pharmacy operations, retail sales supervision, general management, or private investigation in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail workflows, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing procedures, workflows, and case studies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote environments.
