Passionné(e) par le commerce, le service client et le management d'équipe ? En tant qu'Assistant Shop Manager, vous accompagnez le Shop Manager dans la gestion quotidienne de la boutique et contribuez activement à sa performance.

• Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux et au suivi des indicateurs de performance
• Garantir une expérience client premium et exemplaire
• Accompagner, former et motiver l'équipe au quotidien
• Assurer l'ouverture, la fermeture et le bon fonctionnement du magasin
• Veiller à la gestion des stocks, des livraisons et des inventaires
• Mettre en œuvre les standards merchandising et valoriser les produits

• Expérience dans le commerce de détail, idéalement avec une première expérience de management
• Sens du service client et goût du terrain
• Leadership positif, esprit d'équipe et excellentes compétences relationnelles
• Organisé(e), proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats
• À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et le suivi des KPI
