Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG
), just outside Croydon.

Hybrid working: 2 days at Head Office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

We're looking for an organised, creative and commercially curious Buying Admin Assistant to help keep our product journey running smoothly.

This is a brilliant opportunity to build your career in buying with a bold, fast-moving retail brand. You’ll get close to product, customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams while developing your knowledge of the critical path, fit process and commercial performance.

Reporting to the Assistant Buyer, you’ll support the smooth running of the department and help ensure products, samples and information move through the buying process accurately and on time.

• Maintain the critical path and ensure samples and components are delivered and approved on time.
• Support the order process and maintain accurate product and packaging information.
• Order and manage samples, including the sample library.
• Support fit sessions and coordinate sample and artwork sign-off with the Technical team.
• Build customer and brand knowledge through competitor research and trend resources.
• Use reports to build commercial awareness and contribute ideas.
• Prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Champion the Ann Summers values in everything you do.

• Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
