We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead our store at Oakwood Mall . This is more than managing a store—it’s about building a team, creating memorable customer experiences, and being the face of fun. You’ll drive results, develop your team, and work closely with our Home Office to make magic happen in-store.

• Create a fun, welcoming, high-energy store atmosphere
• Coach and lead your team to deliver top-tier customer service
• Drive sales and hit store targets by analyzing KPIs and setting smart goals
• Plan and execute events that turn shopping into an experience
• Partner with visual merchandisers to keep the store looking great
• Hire, train, and grow a passionate and performance-focused team
• Share feedback, insights, and wins with the Home Office
• Keep operations running smoothly and safely every day

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
• A hands‑on, solutions‑focused leader with great energy and a love for play
• Sales‑minded and customer‑obsessed with an eye for presentation
• Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms

• Retail or event management experience
• Background in education or training
• Knowledge of merchandising, loss prevention, or store operations
