Retail Assistant Store Manager

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in retail management or a senior retail associate role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, preferably in a remote or distributed setting.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
