• Assist in the selection and sourcing of merchandise, aligning with market trends and customer preferences.
• Support the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify best-selling items and areas for inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation and visual displays in stores.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging fashion or product trends.
• Maintain accurate product information and purchase order records.
• Participate in product sample reviews and provide feedback on quality and suitability.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail buying, merchandising, or inventory management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
