As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you help deliver a seamless online shopping experience while building customer trust and loyalty. Daily work includes handling products from multiple temperature areas, protecting product quality, completing labels, and maintaining clean totes. You will balance fulfillment tasks with helpful customer interaction.

• Pack totes efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Confirm product selections, quantities, and codes before packing
• Complete documentation, pick slips, and shipping labels accurately
• Clean spills and ensure totes are clean before use
