We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Parts Management Analyst with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, learning new computer applications, and working with limited direction. Candidates from customer service, retail, or food service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Provide written and verbal status updates to senior management.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Learn and use internal computer applications, including web-based and mainframe systems.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous objectives and limited direction.
• Apply attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues and connect information.
• Learn new processes and applications quickly.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use custom computer applications.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and adapt to changing or unclear objectives.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate status updates clearly to senior management.
• Quick learning ability and a problem-solving mindset.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service may be relevant.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.
