• Coordinate and manage inventory levels across multiple retail locations, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Liaise with suppliers and distribution centers to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of store operational policies and procedures.
• Support store teams with operational inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and security standards in all stores.
• Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and other operational documentation.
• Prepare reports on inventory, sales, and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate the rollout of new store initiatives, promotions, and operational changes.
• Maintain and update operational databases and documentation.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new store personnel regarding operational aspects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within retail operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Retail Operations and other management personnel.

• Proven experience in retail operations, logistics, or a related administrative role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
