Overview

What you’ll do
  • Source your own leads and build a vast network to generate mortgage opportunities.
  • Make a high-volume number of outreach attempts (e.g., 15–100 calls per day) and engage with prospects to close loans.
  • Attend and/or host events and visits (as appropriate) to grow relationships and opportunities, including evenings and weekends as needed on a strong, coachable cadence.
  • Work beyond traditional hours when needed to meet performance goals and close deals.
  • Collaborate with a team that provides support to help you close leads seven days a week.
