Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

This is a remote Mortgage Loan Officer position with Satori Mortgage. We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, and have funded tens of thousands of loans over 20+ years. Our mission is to help you originate more loans, with backing from our CEO and President. This is a remote position.

• Source your own leads and leverage a vast network to generate opportunities.
• Dial 30, 40, or 100+ calls as needed to meet goals.
• Attend additional outreach activities such as open houses when required (e.g., 5–50 per weekend).
• Work beyond traditional hours, including after 5 pm, nights, and weekends, to close deals.
• Collaborate with our team to close leads and maximize earnings.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and a natural-born relationship builder with a large sphere of influence.
• Ability to start conversations anywhere and maintain engagement.
• Coachable mindset with grit and tenacity in the mortgage market.
• Comfort with a remote, performance-driven sales role.
