• Source your own leads and build a personal network to generate mortgage opportunities.
• Engage prospects, qualify needs, and guide them through the loan process to close loans.
• Communicate and coordinate with lenders, banks, and investors (portfolio of 50+ lenders and products).
• Work outside traditional hours as needed to reach performance goals (nights, weekends).
• Maintain a high level of activity (calls, meetings, open houses) to meet targets.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build and leverage a broad network.
• Strong self-motivation and a coachable mindset with a track record of lead generation.
• Ability to operate with grit, persistence, and time management in a sales environment.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours if required to achieve goals.
