• Source and manage your own leads and build a strong network.
• Make a high volume of outreach to potential clients (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or more calls per day).
• Attend open houses and other local events as part of lead generation efforts (e.g., 10, 25, or 50 events as needed).
• Engage with new contacts and convert opportunities into loan applications.
• Work beyond standard hours when necessary to meet performance goals (evenings and weekends).

• Be a high-energy, relationship-driven closer who can leverage a large sphere of influence.
• Demonstrate a coachable mindset and a proactive approach to sourcing leads.
• Show grit, tenacity, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

• Experience in sales or lead generation and a track record of closing deals is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
