Our focus is on expanding carrier and shipper networks, generating qualified leads, and helping US partners achieve faster growth and stronger profitability.
Position OverviewUS Freight Brokerage, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with US trucking companies, shippers, and carriers. This is a night shift role (US timings) focused on business acquisition, client communication, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and onboard new shippers and carriers in the US market.
- Cold call, email, and network with potential clients to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in trucking companies and freight brokerages.
- Negotiate freight rates with shippers and carriers to maximize margins.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets (load count, revenue, carrier acquisition).
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth handover of booked loads.
- Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
