Travel: 50% or less within territory; additional travel within the United States for training, trade shows, and company meetings.

- Maintain and expand sales within existing customer base; prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities, targeting competitive accounts and non-core physicians/businesses.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels.
- Coach and mentor Territory Managers throughout the sales process for significant accounts.
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face‑to‑face selling time.
- Develop pipeline, ensure progression and ongoing activity; conduct cold calling and on‑site visits.
- Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Travel primarily within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, capital equipment, or medical device sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, driving growth, and closing complex sales.
- Quota management above $1.5 million annually.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required.
- Competitive base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions; top performers can earn $500 k+.
