• Source your own leads and build a vast network of prospects.
• Make a high volume of calls and contact potential clients to originate loans (examples include 15, 30, 40, 60, up to 100 calls per day).
• Engage in additional outreach as needed, including open houses or other events, to drive loan opportunities.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that works to close deals seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.
• Operate with grit and tenacity to meet or exceed mortgage sales goals in a dynamic market.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build relationships naturally and quickly.
• Massive sphere of influence or a strong network and a coachable mindset.
• Self-motivated with a track record of driving results in lead generation and sales.

• Support to help you close leads and grow with a team experienced in originating loans.
• A broad product portfolio with representation from 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, enabling a wide range of loan products and strong earning potential.
• Potential for high earnings with no income caps, depending on performance.
