Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). This is a remote position.

We're seeking high-energy, relationship-building professionals who can source their own leads and close mortgage loans with a strong drive and coachable mindset.

• Source your own leads and build a pipeline of potential borrowers.
• Engage and convert prospects through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to meet goals (examples in original description include 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed).
• Engage in open houses or community events to generate opportunities (as applicable).
• Work beyond traditional hours as needed to achieve performance targets (nights and weekends).
• Collaborate with the team to close loans with the support of the company’s resources and network.

• Satori Mortgage has funded tens of thousands of loans over 20+ years.
• We reps 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, providing a broad portfolio of loan products and the potential to close more customers.
• Our mission is to help you originate more loans with CEO and President involvement.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and highly sociable with a proven ability to build relationships and generate leads.
• Natural-born relationship builder and lead-generating machine with a vast network or the drive to develop one.
• Willingness to be coachable and to work hard to smash goals in the mortgage industry.
• Ability to work beyond standard hours when needed to maximize earning potential.
