• Sourcing and qualifying leads independently.
• Making 30 to 100 calls per day.
• Attending 10 to 50 open houses each weekend.
• Working beyond regular business hours—including after 5 pm, nights, and weekends.
• Closing sales with total support from our experienced team, 7 days a week.

• Charismatic, outgoing personality with natural relationship building skills.
• Avid networker who excels at speaking with strangers.
• Coachable, high-energy, and driven to achieve results.
• Experience in mortgage or high-value sales highly desirable.
