Job Summary

Are you an unstoppable, high‑energy lead‑gen machine? This opportunity is for hardcore closers who can source their own leads, build relationships, and close mortgage loans.

• Proactively source and qualify leads.
• Conduct outbound calls, visit open houses, and engage prospects to generate qualified opportunities.
• Close mortgage transactions and meet volume targets.
• Work nights, weekends, and after hours 7 days a week as required.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular pipeline updates.

• Charismatic and outgoing with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Experience or strong desire to source own leads.
• Coachable mindset and relentless drive to hit targets.
• High‑energy, self‑motivated, and willing to work beyond regular hours.
• Working knowledge of the mortgage industry preferred.

This is a remote position with no income caps. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to get those deals closed and help you dominate, backed by high commissions.
