• Source your own leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Make 15-100 calls per day to generate new business.
• Attend 5-50 open houses or community events to meet prospects.
• Work beyond traditional banking hours and pick up the phone after 5pm.
• Use strong mortgage industry knowledge to educate and close deals.
• Collaborate with a team of experts to close loans efficiently.

• High-energy, charismatic, outgoing personality with strong relationship‑building skills.

• Experience or drive in sales, especially within mortgage or related field.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

• Full‑time remote position with no income caps.
• Potential earnings $80,000–$130,000+ based on performance.
