Overview

With over 20 years in the game, Satori Mortgage has funded tens of thousands of loans and created a legion of happy homeowners. We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, giving you a large portfolio of loan products and the power to close more customers.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and develop a broad network to generate opportunities.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and follow up with prospects (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or 100+ calls as needed).
- Engage in in-person outreach (e.g., open houses) and remote outreach to cultivate relationships.
- Close loans with the support of the team, including after-hours availability as needed (nights and weekends).
- Maintain a coachable mindset and strive to meet or exceed sales goals in the mortgage space.
- Collaborate with a support team to maximize closing opportunities and execute strategies.
- Charismatic, high-energy individuals with a passion for relationship-building and lead generation.
- Strong networking skills and an ability to initiate conversations in diverse settings.
- Willingness to work beyond traditional hours to drive performance.
- Grit, tenacity, and the ability to stay coachable and focused on goals.
- Experience in mortgage sales or related finance roles is preferred.

Location and CompensationThis is a remote position. Tampa, FL listings and salary ranges shown in the description are for reference as part of the original posting.
Compensation: $80,000.00–$ (base salary plus potential commissions, no income caps).
