Mon-Fri (working every 3rd Saturday, with a corresponding day off during the week): 40-45 hrs/week

Must possess the following skill-set or attributes for our fast-paced environment:

• Can type more than 30 wpm
• Organized approach to problem solving
• Common-sense approach to task completion & prioritization; recognizes the difference between what is "fun" to work on versus the triage of assigned tasks
• Can handle incoming calls & assignments concurrently
• Very good written & verbal communication skills
• Pleasant and respectful demeanor with co-workers & customers
• Customer-service oriented phone demeanor, with good voice skills
• Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, navigating with PCs and Internet
• Basic arithmetical skills
