About the Role
We’re looking for a Life and Health Insurance Agent to join The Kimbrell Agency as a Contractor. This remote position offers a competitive compensation package of $50,000 to $100,000 per year plus commission.
Our agency is focused on building people and businesses, rather than just selling insurance. We invest heavily in your long‑term success by providing comprehensive training, daily coaching calls, weekly one‑on‑ones, and a proven lead system that eliminates cold calling.
Key Responsibilities- Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Participate in regular Zoom training sessions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
- Strong rapport and trust building skills with clients.
- Deadline‑driven, detail‑oriented, and dedicated to delivering results.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic are a must.
