This is a remote position.
Responsibilities- Generate and close loan leads by making a daily call volume of 30–100 calls to identify potential borrowers.
- Attend open houses and lead generation events, often exceeding 10 visits per weekend.
- Source your own leads and maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Work evenings, nights, and weekends, beyond typical banking hours, to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Utilize company-provided support and training, available 7 days a week, to successfully close deals.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in the mortgage industry and demonstrate strong determination to achieve targets.
- Charismatic, outgoing individuals with a large network and strong relationship‑building skills.
- Natural lead‑generators who thrive on sourcing and closing opportunities independently.
- Unstoppable drive and coachable mindset, eager to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
