Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

We are seeking charismatic, outgoing professionals who excel at building relationships and generating leads. This is a remote position with strong support to help you close deals, including availability seven days a week, nights, and weekends.

• Source and develop your own leads using your vast network and drive.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to reach goals (examples given: 15, 30, 40, up to 100 calls per day).
• Attend and engage with potential clients through various channels and events (e.g., local communities, coffee shops, events).
• Work beyond traditional hours as needed to achieve performance targets and close loans.
• Collaborate with the team to leverage experience and knowledge to close deals.
