Overview

This is a fully remote, part-time Life Insurance Agent role offering flexibility to work from home, with daily training and support from top producers in the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    :
    Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in life insurance, allowing you to focus on serving clients.
  • Client Engagement
    :
    Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments to help clients meet financial goals and coverage needs.
  • Relationship Building
    :
    Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Training & Development
    :
    Participate in live coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps to accelerate learning.
  • Sales Tracking
    :
    Use our tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals.
  • Compliance
    :
    Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices.
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within budgets.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and a willingness to receive constructive feedback.
  • Previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support provided).
