This is a remote position.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and build a large, active pipeline.
- Make high-volume outbound calls and engage prospects to close loans.
- Work beyond traditional hours (evenings and weekends) as needed to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with the team to leverage experience and knowledge to close deals.
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the loan process.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record.
- Experience in mortgage lending or similar sales environment is preferred.
- Ability to dial a high volume of calls (examples: 15, 30, 40, or more per day); comfortable visiting multiple open houses as needed.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and persistent with a clear drive to achieve goals.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours to maximize results.
