Overview
This is a remote position with Satori Mortgage. We’re a tribe of driven, high-energy hustlers who push ourselves to new levels of excellence daily. We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, giving you a massive portfolio of loan products and the power to close more customers. Our mission is to help you originate more loans, and our leadership is all-in to work with you personally.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Make a high-volume of calls to drive results (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day).
- Visit open houses as needed (examples given: 5, 10, 25, or 50 per weekend).
- Work beyond traditional hours with nights and weekends as part of a performance-driven mortgage sales role.
- Close loans with support from the team to maximize earning potential.
- Engage in relationship-building across your network and community to generate opportunities.
- Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build relationships with a wide network.
- A coachable mindset and a drive to connect with others.
- Grit, tenacity, and understanding of the mortgage game.
- Willingness to work after standard hours to meet goals.
