Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our channel partners and driving revenue growth through their sales channels. You will collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans, drive product adoption, and ensure alignment with Versa's goals and strategies.
Responsibilities- Manage Channel Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and MSP & MSSP prospects. - Joint Business Planning:
Work with partners to develop and execute joint business plans that outline mutual goals, strategies, and action plans. - Sales Enablement:
Enable partners through training, resources, and support to effectively sell and support Versa products/services. - Pipeline Management:
Track and manage sales opportunities and pipeline within partner accounts to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. - Performance Analysis:
Analyze partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and profitability. - Market Development:
Identify and prioritize new channel opportunities and potential partnerships to expand Versa's channel ecosystem. - Collaboration:
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure alignment on channel strategies and execution.
- Experience:
5-8 years in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the SaaS industry. - Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners. - Relationship Building:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Analytical Skills:
Ability to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present to and influence key stakeholders. - Technical Aptitude:
Solid understanding of Networking and Security solutions and technology trends. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Salary & Employment Details:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected to be in the range of $140,000 to $240,000. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on factors including skills, experience, location, and education.
