We’ve got your back with total support to help you close leads - 7 days a week, nights, and weekends. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to get those deals closed and help you dominate.

• Source your own leads and build a robust pipeline.
• Dial a high volume of calls (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or 100 per day).
• Attend open houses when applicable (examples: 5, 10, 25, 50 per weekend).
• Meet or exceed performance targets and close mortgage loan deals.
• Collaborate with team and support staff to optimize outcomes.

• Charismatic, outgoing personality with strong networking skills.
• Proven ability to source leads and build relationships.
• Coachable mindset with a drive to succeed in mortgage sales.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights and weekends).
• Remote work capability or willingness to work remotely.
