• You source your own leads and build relationships to close mortgage loans.
• You will work to close leads with support from the team, including after-hours availability.
• You may need to dial a high volume of calls and visit open houses to generate opportunities.
• You work beyond traditional hours as the role emphasizes performance and meeting goals.
• You actively engage with a large network to originate more loans and maximize earning potential.

• Strong drive to hit and exceed sales goals with grit and tenacity.
• Comfort with high-volume calling (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or more calls per day).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to close deals.
• Ability to work within a team that supports your success and helps you close more loans.
• Experience or aptitude in mortgage lending and staying informed about market trends.

This is a remote position. We support our team with resources to help close leads seven days a week, including nights and weekends.
