Overview

Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). This is a remote position.

We are looking for high-energy, relationship-driven individuals who excel at lead generation and closing deals, with a strong network and a coachable mindset. We offer total support to help you close leads, 7 days a week, including nights and weekends.

• Source your own leads and build a large network of relationships to generate mortgage business.
• Close leads using a proactive, persistent approach and industry knowledge to meet and exceed targets.
• Put in extended hours when needed, including after-hours and weekends, to maximize results.
• Engage with clients through various channels (phone, in-person events, online presence) to drive loan volume.

• High energy, charismatic, outgoing, and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to build and leverage a vast network; comfort with prospecting and lead generation.
• Willingness to make a high volume of outreach (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or more calls per day; attending multiple open houses as needed).
• Coachable mindset and persistence to work beyond traditional hours when required.
