LocationThis position is remote, home office based in specifically approved states of employment. Approved States:
Arizona, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington state. Applicants must attest to meeting technical requirements for remote work functionality.
The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for pioneering and adding new customer relationships and new opportunities with current clients, in an assigned Book of Business for the Corporate Division at Cutter & Buck. Works within the sales and sales support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long‑term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Job Summary and Essential Functions- Travel on a limited basis as required to professionally promote C&B proprietary products and services as well as New Wave Group Companies products to new and existing accounts.
- Focus on new account acquisition in the assigned region.
- Develop proper relations and rapport with clients’ sales personnel within the assigned accounts to maximize sales results.
- Initiate regular contact with assigned accounts regarding opportunities to maximize their business with Cutter & Buck.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including calls, presentations, and follow‑up, within the assigned Book of Business.
- Partner with Customer Service, Embroidery Development, and Sales Operations to meet customer demands.
- Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and customer reactions.
- Manage expenses and submit reports in the manner prescribed by the company.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as a remote employee, exercising good judgment and independent decision‑making.
- Comfortable presenting materials in a group environment or willingness to learn this skill quickly.
- Competent understanding of Cutter & Buck products and benefits, presenting them professionally.
- Working knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and garment construction terms relevant to Cutter & Buck lines.
- Ability to manage financial resources responsibly.

- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Embrace challenges, learn from criticism, and view effort as the path to mastery.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience or a sales role required.
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, website navigation, Excel, and electronic communication and CRM platforms.
- High awareness of social media and the ability to quickly adopt new communication forms required.
- Home office or mobile office; candidate must reside in approved states.
- Technology may include laptop or tablet, mobile plan reimbursement.
- Occasional travel by car, overnight trips, and seasonal air travel may be required.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
