Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

We are looking for charismatic, outgoing professionals who excel at building relationships and generating loan opportunities. This role emphasizes sourcing your own leads and turning connections into closed loans with support from the team.

This is a remote position.

• Source your own leads and build a pipeline through networking and community connections.
• Engage prospects with a high-energy approach to qualify and move opportunities toward close.
• Make a high volume of outreach calls (typical range can vary from 15 to 100 calls per day depending on day and market needs).
• Attend and/or visit open houses as part of lead generation and relationship-building efforts.
• Work beyond traditional hours as needed to meet performance targets (nights and weekends).
• Collaborate with the team to close loans and maximize earning potential with a large portfolio of loan products.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
• Self-motivated with a coachable mindset and a drive to achieve goals in mortgage sales.
• Experience or knowledge in mortgage or loan origination is preferred, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Comfort with flexible hours to accommodate after-hours outreach and client interactions.
