Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

We’re on the hunt for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with a vast network who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. If you can start a conversation anywhere and build connections, you may be a great fit for our squad. This is a remote position.

• Source your own leads and actively pursue opportunities to close loans.
• Make a high-volume of prospecting calls (15, 30, 40, or more per day) as needed to meet goals.
• Attend events and venues (open houses and other in-person opportunities) when required, increasing outreach as needed (e.g., 10, 25, or 50 visits).
• Work beyond standard hours; after-hours and weekend availability are expected to maximize performance in this sales role.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to close leads; the company provides experience and knowledge to help you succeed.
• Be part of a team that rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, offering a diverse portfolio of loan products to help close more customers.
