With over 250+ brands across beverages, snacks, sweets, and more, we empower independent sales reps to earn by selling new products to independent stores in your area. We offer an exclusive 1099 contractor opportunity to experienced field sales professionals who want to earn $3,000–$6,000/month through our incentive structure.

Represent leading brands like Siete, Vita Coco, All Wello, Mike’s Hot Honey, Smackin’, Wonderful Pistachios, Built Bars, and more.

Responsibilities:

As a Rep Rally Independent Sales Rep, you will:

• Open 20–40 new independent stores per month in your assigned territory.
• Establish and grow relationships with independent convenience, grocery, liquor, smoke shops, and gas stations.
• Drive product distribution by securing initial orders and reorders for our partner brands.
• Prospect and visit stores weekly, with the goal of creating new accounts and increasing brand penetration.
• Negotiate pricing, displays, and promotions to maximize store sales and earn bonus payouts.
• Independent Hunter Mentality: Must be self-driven to open accounts and build pipelines without micromanagement.
• Existing Store Relationships: Preferred candidates already have active relationships with independent retail owners.
• Negotiation Strength: Ability to overcome objections, secure orders, and structure custom promotions if needed.
• Territory Ownership: Treat your assigned area as your personal business unit — maximize coverage and revisit warm stores.
• Communication: Must have smartphone and be able to update store visit outcomes through Airtable mobile app.
• 3-5% of every wholesale order placed
• Expected Total Earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month average with high performers earning more
