As our Senior Online Sales Representative, you will be the first trusted voice prospects hear, the strategist who maps needs to solutions, and the driver who moves deals to closed won while setting a high bar for consistency and professionalism.
What you will do- Run high-quality discovery, qualification, and solution calls with inbound and outbound prospects
- Diagnose pain points, size opportunities, and tailor recommendations to business goals and timelines
- Build and manage a tight pipeline across the full sales cycle using CRM best practices
- Create compelling proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close with confidence
- Partner with marketing and customer success to improve lead quality, handoffs, and onboarding success
- Forecast weekly, report clean data, and own your number with discipline
- Mentor junior reps, share talk tracks, and help refine playbooks and sales collateral
- Consistently exceeds monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Maintains short sales cycles without compromising deal quality or retention
- Runs crisp calls with clear next steps, strong mutual action plans, and documented outcomes
- Operates with urgency, professionalism, and a positive client-first attitude
- 4 to 7+ years in consultative online sales or account executive roles with a proven track record of beating quotas
- Mastery of discovery, SPIN or MEDDICC-style qualification, objection handling, and closing
- Fluent or near-native English with excellent writing, presence, and executive communication
- Strong command of CRM hygiene, pipeline building, and forecasting discipline
- Comfortable running 6+ hours of client calls per day across time zones
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional work setup
- Selling services or SaaS to SMB and mid-market buyers
- Multi-channel outreach, sequences, and collaboration with meeting setters
- Success in remote, metrics-driven teams where accountability is the culture
- Monthly closed-won revenue
- Lead to opportunity and opportunity to close conversion rates
- Average sales cycle length and proposal win rate
- First 90-day retention and CSAT on closed accounts
- Activity metrics with quality standards for talk time and next-step adherence
This role begins on a commission-only structure to reward immediate impact. With strong and consistent performance, the position transitions to a salary-plus-commission plan, tied to achievement against agreed revenue and quality targets. Top performers move through this transition quickly and are eligible for accelerators and additional incentives.
