We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling warm leads, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

HAUS OF PORTRAITURE is the leader in fine art portraiture and our clients travel from all over for an experience at our beautiful studio in Santa Monica, CA. High speed internet, a personal computer, and a quiet workspace behind a closed door are required.

This is a warm leads OUTBOUND SALES / appointment setting job.

A confident, engaging, upbeat and positive personality is a must.

• Must have the ability to follow a script and can sit down and hit performance goals.
• This is a warm outbound/inbound phone sales job. Although you are making bookings and setting appointments, there is some level of selling involved such as overcoming objections and handling questions.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for building relationships with our clients and their families over the phone. As well as being able to recognize the needs of customers, you'll be adept at providing a high level of customer service over the phone working from home. You will thrive on maintaining high levels of operational excellence and strive to achieve the required targets and KPI's.

• Managing and scheduling appointments for our studio locations
• Taking deposits over the phone
