Account Executive

Overview

Account Executive role at Mendicino Agency. Independent life insurance brokers who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and earn what you’re worth are invited to apply.

Compensation: 100% commission, uncapped. Income range typically $10,000-$15,000 per month.

Schedule & Work Environment: Flexible schedule, work from home, emphasis on work/life balance.

Lead Process: No cold calling; you will sell life insurance only to people who have reached out seeking assistance. Quality leads are provided. No membership/dues/franchise fees. No sales quotas. Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced agents. Opportunity to own your own agency (optional).
