Role Summary

As a Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) you will lead strategic relationships across a defined portfolio, drive long‑term growth, and deliver value for both customers and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. The role is remote and serves the upstate New York territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives and key stakeholders in assigned accounts, including IDNs and Health Systems.
  • Analyze financial performance indicators for accounts and align Beckman Coulter solutions with customer financial objectives.
  • Lead the internal selling team to create and execute a multi‑year strategic account plan.
  • Collaborate with Service to ensure successful installation, go‑live, and post‑install maintenance; monitor account activities and elevate issues to leadership.
  • Use DBS tools to coordinate resources, maintain an accurate sales funnel, and deliver regular business reviews to customer leaders.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years of diagnostics sales experience.
  • Proven ability to align solutions with hospital operations, financial drivers, and healthcare economics.
  • Experience collaborating with local sales teams for long‑term capital equipment sales cycles.
  • Background in account planning and executive‑level business reviews.
Travel &

Physical Requirements
  • Travel 50%–75% of the time;
    In‑person customer meetings 75% of the time.
Benefits and Compensation

Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000.
EIC eligibility:
Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). Target total compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually.

Remote Work
