We are looking for aBusiness Developerwith a focus onLead Generationto manage outreach campaigns and act as the first line of defense inclient onboarding. This role requires ahigh-energyindividual with excellent communication skills who can drive engagement with potential clients and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and adept at using a variety ofsoftware platformsfordata extraction, organization, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manageoutreach campaignsto generate leads and attract new clients.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, identifying their needs and qualifying them for further engagement.
  • Utilize variousdata extraction toolsandCRM platformsto build and maintain a database of potential leads.
  • Analyze outreach campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and leverage this knowledge to identify new market opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects, showcasing the value of our services and addressing initial inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Strong background inlead generationandoutreach campaign management.
  • High energyand ago-getter attitude, with a passion for building relationships and connecting with new people.
  • Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in using tools fordata extraction,CRM management, andlead organization(e.g., Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, and data scraping tools).
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess campaign performance and adjust tactics for optimal results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Experience in thecrypto industryor familiarity withblockchainanddigital assets.
