Premium Services Enterprise Account Executive - Dedicated Mexico - Remote
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive growth for our cross-border Mexico freight business. The role is remote and part of XPO’s high‑performing Premium Services team.
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience (or equivalent military experience)
- 4 years of combined experience in sales, national sales, 3PL, LTL, project management and/or logistics
- Understanding of SPIN selling or other needs‑based selling models
- In‑depth understanding of cross‑border Mexico shipping
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Experience with or other CRM tools
- A valid driver’s license
- Fluent in Spanish
- Availability to travel up to 80% of the time
- 6 years of combined experience in sales, national sales, 3PL, LTL, project management and/or logistics
- Previous experience selling to Mexico
- Ability to understand competitor strategies, products and pricing patterns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen actively and to respond to questions with complete and accurate answers

- Grow our LTL freight revenue in the cross‑border Mexico business
- Develop and manage strategies to attract new customers and expand wallet share with existing customers
- Secure approved and/or preferred status with customers who ship LTL to and from Mexico
- Lead effective negotiations by identifying options, interests, criteria, and alternatives of each party
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities using our CRM while maintaining complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity
- Work with all sales channels to identify customer pain points and develop customer‑specific solutions using our premium services portfolio
- Develop and maintain deep and wide relationships with customers and prospects across multiple functions through regular email, phone, face‑to‑face contact, and business reviews
