Base pay $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Starting base salary $45,000 with growth opportunities. Average earnings range $55k-$75k with commission. Top performers can earn up to $85k+.

As an inside sales agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, match coverage, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

• Paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

• No cold calls; only incoming warm leads.
• Schedule:
  
  4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST), minimum 12 months before shift change.
• Computer equipment provided; must maintain professional workspace with dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet 100 MBps download / 20 MBps upload.

• 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Typing proficiency and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.
