Mallory Portraits is a high-end portrait studio located in New Hampshire, just north of Boston. We are looking to add one amazing Telephone Sales Representative to our growing team.
This is a sales role with quotas!!
The Telephone Sales Representative role involves calling warm leads in the northeast to book photography sessions. Our clients are awesome and our business treats them like that. We want every client to have an amazing experience from start to finish. The goal for the telephone sales rep is to keep the studio's schedule fully booked.

- Previous experience; 5 years in a sales role with quotas
- CALL CENTER/telemarketing/phone sales role required
- Be able to get excited on the phone with a warm personality and an amazing phone voice
- Must meet weekly sales quota
- Excellent verbal communication with mastery of scarcity and urgency
- Strong attention-to-detail with the ability to follow systems and procedures
- Strong work ethic, dedicated, and time management skills
- Organized and tech savvy
- The ability to work independently and must be driven & competitive
- You must be a strong sales closer
- Conduct outbound & inbound calls to potential clients, promoting products and services effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and achieve business development goals.

After 60 days;
Part-time
- Reimbursement for internet
- Paid volunteer time
- Stipend for benefits
- 5 paid holiday days
- 3 time and a half holidays
- 20 hours per week
- M-F hours may vary between 9am-5pm EST
Yes, 1 week of training is mandatory and will be held from the comfort of your home during business hours. More information will be provided if you are successful in obtaining the role. Weekly on-going meetings with your manager and other agents provide further education and training opportunities.
- MONEY***
- Make up to $200 additional in bonuses per week
- Plus $10 bonus for every booking over quota
- $2000 plus per month, your talents dictate your income!
