Position Summary

At Global Innovation, we’re looking for a motivated, proactive LATAM Sales Representative to join our growing team. Primary Responsibilities
  • Hunter Mindset: Actively prospect and acquire new clients within your territory, constantly expanding the customer base and uncovering fresh business opportunities.
  • Proactivity: Identify and act on opportunities quickly without needing constant supervision.
  • Presentation & Sales Tools Mastery: Deliver effective in‑person and virtual sales presentations, and handle CRM systems and digital sales tools with confidence.
  • Cold Calling: Execute cold calls effectively, turning prospects into qualified business opportunities.
  • Performance Under Pressure: Stay focused and productive under tight deadlines and ambitious targets.
  • Results Orientation: Meet and exceed sales goals, directly contributing to revenue and profitability growth.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—spotting bottlenecks and adjusting strategies to improve conversion.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rate, call volume, average closing time, and total sales value, continuously optimizing results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous B2B sales experience with finished products preferred.
  • Key Sectors: Relationships or experience in construction, architecture and engineering, hospitality, or real estate will be valued.
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish (required);
    English and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: USD $9,600–$12,000
  • Commissions: 2% based on performance.
Work Conditions
  • Remote position with occasional travel within the LATAM region.
  • Flexible schedule aligned with client needs and time zones.

  • Mentalidad de Cazador: Prospectar activamente y captar nuevos clientes dentro de tu territorio, expandiendo continuamente la base de clientes y detectando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Proactividad: Identificar y actuar rápidamente ante oportunidades sin necesidad de supervisión constante.
  • Dominio de Presentaciones y Herramientas de Ventas: Realizar presentaciones comerciales efectivas, tanto presenciales como virtuales, y manejar con soltura sistemas CRM y herramientas digitales de ventas.
  • Llamadas en Frío: Ejecutar llamadas en frío de manera efectiva, convirtiendo prospectos en oportunidades de negocio calificadas.
  • Rendimiento Bajo Presión: Mantener el enfoque y la productividad ante plazos ajustados y metas exigentes.
  • Orientación a Resultados: Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos, contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento de los ingresos y la rentabilidad.
