Growth Key Account Manager – 100% Remote (Europe) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Growth Key Account Manager who is the face of our company for clients and an expert on our software solutions and online marketing. Your goal is to grow the client portfolio continuously and advise clients optimally so they can quickly find effective solutions.
Responsibilities- Increase revenue for Digistore
24 and our VIP clients by empowering online entrepreneurs to put their info products online for millions of people. - Maintain a fixed client base, build long‑term relationships, conduct regular business reviews and calls for performance improvement.
- Become an expert on online marketing and software after a thorough onboarding period, and answer questions about our features in writing and by phone.
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively advise clients on our features, giving recommendations based on sales trend, funnel and performance analyses.
- Detect and monitor potential revenue downturns, analyse causes and propose solutions. Handle bug reports and feature requests.
- Represent Digistore
24 at international VIP‑client events, business lunches, and trade shows – maintain face‑to‑face relationships. - Note:

- Start by reviewing all messages, prioritise and plan today’s tasks.
- Handle high‑priority client requests – analyse funnels, discuss improvements with the team, then align with the client.
- Answer technical questions about APIs, upsell flows and split‑tests quickly.
- Attend a virtual coffee call for informal engagement with a teammate.
- Support a VIP client with a new technical issue – propose solutions, discuss with the team and share in the chat.
- Take lunch at your favourite local spot – your remote setup allows flexibility.
- Lead a business‑review call, actively listening to goals and offering tailored support.
- Host a check‑in call to promote an under‑used feature that could boost revenue.
- Support a VIP medical coach client with product approval changes, ensuring pricing consistency and coordinating with the product team.
- Participate in an international client event, showcasing our platform and staying connected via social media.
- Attend an AI workshop to learn new tools that capture conversations and summarize action items.
- Conclude the day with new learning and constructive feedback.
- Strong presence: confident communication at all hierarchy levels, including negotiation.
- Communication skills: precise, empathetic, conflict‑resolution, tone‑appropriate. Ability to switch to English when needed.
- Account Management: minimum 2 years in account management and at least 1 year in a technical environment. Basic HTML/CSS and online‑marketing experience is a plus.
- Organisational talent: structured, reliable, prioritises tasks independently, keeps clarity under stress, works effectively in home office or coworking spaces.
- High motivation: staying updated on industry trends and eager to learn new topics independently.
- Have less than 2 years of account‑management experience.
- Struggle with planning and prioritising tasks.
- Do not enjoy analysing technical problems in detail.
- Prefer only written communication over telephone.
- Prefer short, reactive tasks over long‑term portfolio growth.
- Do not want to continuously grow your expertise.
- Do not align with our values.
- Do not speak German and English fluently.
- 100 % remote – work from home with a stable internet connection.
- Permanent residence outside Germany is allowed in many European countries.
- Work up to 170 days per year from EU abroad. Other countries possible by agreement.
