Axela is seeking an ambitious, high-energy Account Executive to drive revenue growth and help take our sales efforts to the next level. You’ll sell at the executive level, create and close deals through multiple channels, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with regular travel required.

What You’ll Do:- Nurture leads through the full sales cycle—from discovery to closing and onboarding
- Leverage partner relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Deliver consultative, needs-based sales presentations virtually and in person
- Understand client pain points and effectively communicate how Axela can help
- Prospect and generate leads through research, outreach, and partnerships
- Represent Axela at industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine strategy and messaging
- Track activities and pipeline in Salesforce and provide regular reporting
- Stay up to date on HOA industry trends and market needs
- Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (HOA/Real Estate experience a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confidence selling across multiple channels: phone, virtual, and face-to-face
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach
- Tech-savvy:
Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, etc. - Ability to thrive in a high-paced, results-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel regularly to attend events and meet clients
