- Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned market to attract clients to vehicle and equipment leasing products
- Build relationships through advertising strategies and direct contact with prospects and clients
- Negotiate and close sales with clients, ensuring advantageous pricing for both parties
- Attend automotive and business conferences to prospect for new clients and maintain industry awareness
- Gather insights on competitors and capitalize on their weaknesses to increase sales volume
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive, leasing, or related sales experience
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
- Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry and product specifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of automobiles, light & medium duty trucks, and vans; HD truck and equipment leasing experience a plus
- Basic understanding of leasing regulations and fleet management concepts
- Proven ability to build a personal brand and navigate the sales process effectively
- Professional presentation skills in various settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
