Position: AVP Account Executive Leasing (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned market to attract clients to vehicle and equipment leasing products
  • Build relationships through advertising strategies and direct contact with prospects and clients
  • Negotiate and close sales with clients, ensuring advantageous pricing for both parties
  • Attend automotive and business conferences to prospect for new clients and maintain industry awareness
  • Gather insights on competitors and capitalize on their weaknesses to increase sales volume
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive, leasing, or related sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
  • Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry and product specifications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Extensive knowledge of automobiles, light & medium duty trucks, and vans; HD truck and equipment leasing experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of leasing regulations and fleet management concepts
  • Proven ability to build a personal brand and navigate the sales process effectively
  • Professional presentation skills in various settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
