We are seeking a proactive Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential business opportunities, helping us expand our customer base and partnerships. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, persistence, and a results‑driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential leads through online tools, databases, and social platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on target market criteria.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Reach out to leads via email, phone, or Linked In to initiate conversations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and organizational abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary of $2,800 – $3,200 USD.
