What you'll do:

• You win new customers in and around Utrecht and keep the vibe alive with our partners in catering, bars and events.
• You are the face of El Tony Mate in your region from the first “hey” to long-term relationships.
• You create visibility from sampling and events to local activations that get people talking.
• You work hand in hand with our marketing team to keep El Tony Mate’s energy all over the city.

• You've got a strong network in the Utrecht gastronomy and nightlife scene.
• You live in Utrecht and love being out there meeting people.
• You bring 2 - 4 years of sales experience and a professional attitude.
• You're an ambitious, proactive and authentic personality and bring a high level of commitment, discipline and integrity - noticeable from the very first interview.
• You think like an entrepreneur: curious, strategic and full of ideas.
• You're a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• You work independently but thrive as part of a team.
• You hold a category B driver's license.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English.
